I am so, so, *so* excited to be a member of Kentucky Rural-Urban Exchange’s 2023 Cohort! KyRUX brings together a wide swath of Kentuckians to visit our Commonwealth’s cities, towns, and rural counties so we can build a sense of statewide community across a diverse range of lived experiences. We’ll share share memories, experiences, struggles, and dreams from our lives in Kentucky and build long-lasting relationships with our peers and our fellow Kentuckians. I truly can’t wait to start off with our June visit to Louisville! Our other communities will be Owensboro (which I’ve never visited), and my hometown neighbor, the most beautiful county in Kentucky, Estill County.
